Biography:

In 1965, Sifu Jacky Tsang was born in Hong Kong. He moved to New York in 1980. It was in New
York's  China Town that Sifu Jacky, then 14 years old, met Grand Master Moy Yat and began taking
Ving Tsun lessons.  He studied Ving Tsun Kung Fu under Grand Master Moy Yat for 7 years. In 1987,
Sifu Jacky moved to Orlando, Florida. He quickly found his first student, Donald kai-tak Au.  Sifu Jacky
taught mainly out of his home for the first nine years that he was in Florida. It was not until 1996 that
he opened up his first Ving Tsun Kung Fu School in Kissimmee, Florida. Grand Master Moy Yat gave
Jacky a large sign that he made for his school. The sign read: "Moy Yat Ving Tsun Kung Fu". In 2000,
Sifu Jacky moved his School to a new location, where it currently resides. Sifu Jacky has future plans
not only for his school, but for the art of Ving Tsun itself. He wishes that some day his school would be
similar to a Sia Lin Temple in which it would offer various styles of Kung Fu. Sifu Jacky also wishes to
spread the art of Ving Tsun in a way that everyone in the world would come to know and love the true
art of Ving Tsun Kung Fu.
